At Get Soothe, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of consumable wellness products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for refunds or replacements:
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may qualify for a replacement or refund

Non-refundable items:
- Opened or used products
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Shipping fees (unless product was damaged or incorrect)

- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photos if applicable

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy requirements.
